Mom and I are getting inspired in the kitchen from past travels to the Mediterranean – especially Italy. Barilla pasta with olive oil and extra veggies … good food and good health. Can’t wait to dig in!

Pretty cool seeing what’s going on with Front Range Ski Club at Echo mtn today. Small resort, but great training and a wonderful atmosphere. I finally got to take a few turns with my brother and a couple friends, watched a bunch of young and enthusiastic skiers train, and now I’m crazy excited for my camp at Mammoth! CHASE THE SNOW :)
